My chicken has been stumbling around, running into things and banging her beak on the feeder.
Here is a video I took of her so you could see how she is acting. I don't know... I am worried she might be blind. What should I do?

Can you post a picture? It is possible that she has gone blind from cataracts or maybe from ocular Mareks disease. Did she get a Mareks vaccine? Here are a couple of good links about Mareks with pictures and a link about cataracts. Some cataracts can be from vitamin E deficiency. Look at all 18 pictures in the Cornell site--there are some about eyes:

Here one eye looks like the pupil is very dilated which is abnormal. Are her pupils equal? You can shine a flashlight into them to see if the pupil gets smaller or reacts to light. Cataracts shouldn't be fatal, but cataracts cause the eye to become cloudy, so I don't think that is the problem. I would also put her into a large crate with food and water, and show her where to find them without stumbling into other things. She should eventually learn her way around.

Her eyes are normal the camera had a light on it, not a flash but a red light. She is inside with me in a little pen, she is getting food and water by herself, messily but at least she is getting it.
