Help my chicken is very sick i dont know what to do !!!

My chicken is about 2 and a half now and she wont get out of the coop in the morning and she struggles to walk, her poo is runny and she has lost her feathers around her vent and under-belly and the bare skin is very red and hot!!!!!! I don't know what to do! I've bathed her but it hasn't worked! Please help me as soon as possible I don't know what to do and I don't think she will make it through the week!! Please somebody help me!! Thank you

Does she have vent gleet? Is there poop on her feathers,smelly discharge from vent? Is her vent protruding(vent prolapse)? Could she be egg bound,walking funny? Search forum,there are photos of all these different problems. Have you checked her for mites?

Yes, can you check her for lice and mites? I would separate her in a dog crate so that I could watch what she eats, drinks, and poops. If you have some scrambled chopped up eggs, offer some to her for the protein. Some liquid vitamins such as Polyvisol a drop or two daily might help. Check her crop in the morning to make sure she doesn't have sour crop. A little yogurt can help her diarrhea, and Monistat (from the drug store) or Nustock (found in feed stores) can help vent gleet which is a type of yeast infection.

i have checked her for mites there is no sign of any. Yes she is walking funny her vent is protruding and there is no poop on the feathers as there isnt any
