help my chickens busted an egg

I have an egg my mama hen busted open before the chick was completely ready to hatch. its fully formed and everything. opened its mouth with eyes stilled closed and sack attached. What do i do? I have it in the incubator by itself on a paper towel.

How many more eggs are under this broody?
Have you though about removing all of the eggs (move to Bator) so she doesn't do this again?
