Help! My chickens has brown wrinkly tongue!

My chickens has brown wrinkly tongue.
Only my red sex links have it.
I rubbed it and it didn't move so it is not mud or something.

My EE has this occasionally, it’s weird. It only is faint on part of her tongue. Is it all rough? Mine isn’t.

It's leathery and not like a normal chicken tongue. Kinda dry.
They drink alot of water.
