my chicks are a fews days apart and they are picking on the youngest one that i just put in tonight. what should i do? please help i feel so bad. should i move it?

I put a plastic produce basket upside down over my newbies. (like strawberries come in at the store) They have a chance to get acquainted without injury, and after a couple of hours I take the basket out. I haven't had any trouble with bullying this way. Keep a close eye on your brooder though, you could cook or chill your basket baby if you're not paying attention.
