Florida the Sunshine Spot!
Okay, I really need Help!.. I'm freaking out..My Blue Swedish hen is acting very weird..Meaning, when my Dad went out to feed the ducks she tried to run under the door that's like a quarter of her Height! And usually she runs up like the rest of my Duckies..But that was a week or two ago..And she's been fine since. And now that the Hurricane Debbie(I think) is at my State Florid'as door, it's been raining HEAVY. And I mean all day and night..And I live on a Creek that is usually low and get's not even halfway of my Bulkhead of my Deck.. Well now that the rain has come and subsided and I got to wake up to the Creek almost up to my High Bulkhead..And across my deck is my Ducks coop..Well it went into my coop, barely..So I evacuated them and put them in my Garage, where I re-located their blue pool and a litle hut for them and some blankets and Hay, and of course Food and Water..Well they seemed fine, except for BlueBerry..My BS hen.. What she does is she stands up tall like a Runner D. and cranes her to her chest and her chest barely pokes out..And she walks very fast around this way running into things and quaking in an Odd Manner..! My dad thinks she's just acting Broody of some sort..But I know that's not it..My mom thinks it's just the stress..Maybe becuase after what she does she pants.. My other ducks right now are sleeping normally while she is laying down sorta panting in her sleep?..I don't know.. But when she does her Weird thing it looks like she's trying to poop or lay something out..? It's VERY weird to me! Help!

She certainly is stressed. On top of things, she may be egg bound. Has she been laying? Something you can do is get her into a lukewarm tub of water deep enough to float in. If she is egg bound that may help relax her muscles so she can lay.

Can you pick her up and gently feel her tummy and around her vent? Anything unusual there?

Have you tried giving her just a few treats to see if she responds to that?

Look around. Is there something there that may be scaring her? Sometimes I move something near the duck's area, and they get nervous, especially if I put something above waist height.

Vitamins can help ducks get through stressful times. Do you have poultry vitamins?

x2 Hope she gets better and the weather calms down!

How is your duck?
I saw on the weather today that it is still raining cats and dogs in parts of FL.

I hope she is okay!

She still hasn't laid anything..Only my Buff Duck has laid a Egg in their Temporary lil' Den for nesting.. I don't have any Poultry Vitamins, but I could put her in some warm water..But I don't have a Tub T__T...(Broken)..And when I tied to put her in my Washroom Sink, she freaked out...I felt her belly and around the Vent..Nothing unusual, just the usual squishy belly..But it was a Bit hard.. Hmm..Lemme check again..
