help!!! my duck!!

hi all, i have seven muscovy ducks, three males and four females, after a week of drenching rain, everyone is doing well except one. she has no appetite and not drinking, just sitting there looking very sad... her dropping is neon green, i suspect bile since she's not eating... do you think it's bacterial? or is it too late? she is now isolated from the rest of the flock... please advise, asap... she's very weak...
