I currently have three little ducklings that are about three weeks old have to mallards and one pek and one of my little ducklings is hurt normally I have had them everyday since I got them in a really large dog kennel crate and they have been fine and today when I opened up my bedroom windows they started going crazy and Turpin and packing at the bar gate and so I took their whole crate outside on the deck and unfortunately I wasn't aware that someone had let one of my dogs out and it was so happen to be the dog that is not fond of them or at the chickens and I wasn't aware and when I went out to check on them about a half hour after putting them inside the crate the whole crate out on the deck I walked out and found my little Peck and duckling with her leg underneath the gate to dog crate and stuck and I don't even know how she got her foot on her day or what happened I know my dog did it but I'm not sure how because the space is just like not even big enough for her foot to be or leg to be under there and there's lots of swelling and a couple cuts she's by herself right now I put it by herself and she's comfortable she's got food and water she's willing to stand on it and she can move around a little bit but it's obviously painting her and there's swelling and some Cuts Like I said and I'm just really concerned I've called three that's in my local area and none will deal with ducks so I don't really know where to turn does anybody know of some specific places that I can take her I'm located in Washington but if anybody has any advice at all on what I can do for her please share.. I don't want my baby to be in anymore pain! I feel so guilty I didn't think that dumb mutt could even actually get to them while they at in The giant crate. I don't know how u could have I just know when I walked out the duckling on its side with its leg all the way under thr gate and pinned.
