Help!!!! My ducks middle toe is swollen!

ive noticed my duck favoring her foot, (the only female out of 5 ducks) so I picked her up and it looks like her middle toe is swollen and has heat, I don't see any lacerations of any kind... I don't know what else to do, I have read to put triple antibiotic on the foot so I have done that... What do yall think is wrong???

I know that Bubble Foot is very common in chickens and ducks.
To stop Bubble Foot you have to cute it out.
