Does anyone know whst this poop is about? Its either milky white or powdery in the morning. There was duck dander or a yeast infection. I have been small amounts of fluconozole. My cats and dogs got this but it went away with antibiotics and the ducks have not.

You have 3 threads today. Can you combine them? Could you explain what is going on? Did you get a fecal float at your vet on your dog’s droppings? What did the vet say? I see a cecal poop from a duck or chicken with some white urates (uric acid.) Are you worried that the dogs are spreading enterobacter to your ducks or vice versa? Enterobacter is a gram negative bacteria found in droppings, and sometimes it can cause problems. I will tag some duck people. @Miss Lydia @Jenbirdee @Goosebaby ?

I wish I could help but I know nothing about Enterobacter I want to follow along though so I can learn if anyone else can help who has been tagged.

Thank you. I dont think it is because the antibiotics did not work. Maybe its big time coccidia and yeast. I tried oxytetracycline once a ling time ago and it didnt work.

What is their diet? Do they have access to clean water? Pond, pool? The poop looks pretty normal to me. My ducks poop looks different everyday depending when they decide eat and how much they swim and drink.

Yes. Clean water. They swim every other day. Eat in the morning. They are eating crumble and dumor pellets. They drink all night. They like drunking in am and all day at a bucket and little rubber bowls. They were exposed to bacteria and it was really cold.

No. I think the dogs got enterobacter from Daisy my female pekin. Shes quite small and was perfectly fine until 4 months after the other female got bumblefoot I did not catch. But same antibiotics didnt work. She is laying tho again. Daisy just stopped laying suddenly and had tons of yeast dander everywhere. The other ducks all caught it. Plus the white milky liquid in poop only. Thank you so much. I appreciate all your hime in a complex bacterial isse. I did try e coli and salmonella powder but it didnt stop it. It was only 20 percent strength though.

Dumour pellets. Any crumble becaise I dont want the male to eat the laying crumble. They get tomatoes every morning. I clean the water daily. They have 3 to 4 buckets availble. They have a big grassy backyard and walk a lot. I had a female bumblefoot duck that heious and 4 months later, daisy the other duck got white liquid in her poop and stopped laying eggs.

Thank you. A bumblefoot infected duck struck my other female. This white liquid started gushing out with the poop, no eggs, and a major yeast infection. I tried antibiotics for bumblefoot and nothing worked. She got nodules all over foot that I sprayed down with betadine water.

Do you happen to have pictures of the bumble foot? And the yeast infection? Do the ducks get to swim? What county do you live and what is your climate like? Antibiotics also change the dropping. Did you soak the foot in Epsom salt?

This is a great article for bumble foot treatment.
I have never heard of bumble foot causing issues in another duck or animal. I don't believe the two are related.
How old are the ducks?
