Help my hen go broody

I have a silkie hen and she is a great hen and is 2-3 years old I’d say and I really want her to go broody
I bought her last year as a raiser for my chicks and the sales said she had gone broody plenty of times and raised chicks but I’ve had her nearly 2 years and she only went broody once last September and I bought hatching eggs for her but she gave up after 17 days
She is a healthy bird and mite free!

Any opinions/ solutions will be greatly appreciated

Unfortunately there’s no way to make a hen broody. She’ll brood when/if she sees fit. You can encourage her: leave eggs in the coop, offer plenty of nesting material and keep her stress free, but I doubt it will make a difference, even to notoriously broody breeds. They’ll brood when their body tells them to.
