Help! My hen has a strange lump next to her right eye!

Today I was cuddling my pet chicken, Einstein, when I noticed a small lump next to her right eye, it doesn't look like much, but I care alot about her and even the little things scare me. Can someone please tell me if this is dangerous for her? Is it chicken acne? (If that even exists)
I cuddle her fairly often and this is a new thing. Shes an 9 month old Easter egger if that helps.

It's hard, not like a rock but still pretty firm.

I would watch it to see if it grows in size. You can measure it once a week. I had a rooster who had a similar hard cyst on his eyelid, and it never changed in size.

I looked just now and it looked like it opened a little bit over night, because her side face feathers have some brownish red dried liquid on them next to the lump and it is more red then it was yesterday

My Serama rooster has a lump above his eye too! Im not super worried about it because it doesn't seem to be bothering him but I just wanna know what it is and if I can get rid of it?
