Help my hen is acting sick/weird

Today when I came from school my hen was outside of the chicken coop on the floor with its wings open and liquid coming out from her vent and she would stay still while be being next to her then I made her get up because I thought something bite her legs but no help what's wrong with her she I usually active with the others

How does her belly area feel...hard or squishy?

Hi, is she able to walk? Can you pick her up and feel her abdomen? Is it hard and swollen by the vent?
