Today I went out to feed my Wyandottes and one hen was just standing there and closing her eyes and trying to go to sleep it looked like and when i put in the feed she just stood there and didn't act like she was hungry. Before i got her out she took a sip of water. she is a little over a year old and her and her sister both layed an egg today so i don't believe she is egg bound. looked her over and saw nothing that seemed wrong except her foot the pad on one foot is larger than the other but she wasn't limping and it doesn't look to be infected either. Her crop feels empty but I'm not sure because I no expert on feeling crops. any info would be helpful.

You got pics of that foot? Could be a thing called "bumble foot" which is an infection on the bottom of the foot due to a scratch. Can't tell with out pics. I would try to hand feed her some mush or something she likes. Watermelon, bread whatever. Use an eyedropper and try to get her to eat and drink. Definitely seperate her.
