Help - My hen turned out to be a rooster

We purchased 3 hens this spring and 2 days ago, Lillianna, started to crow. We are so heartbroken as she (now he) is such a lovely, wonderful, friendly chicken. We live in Denver and the city does not let us keep roosters. We desperately want to find him a good home, so he doesn't end up as a fighting rooster or a chicken dinner. He is a 13 1/2 wk old Delaware.

Does anyone know where I could rehome?
