ok so i have a polish rooster who must have lost a couple head feathers in the beginning which made all the hens peck at the bald spot which has ultimately lead to his whole head being bald and the new feathers not being able to grow as they are getting constantly pecked at

i don’t know how to solve this issue as i have no where else i can separate him to. the only other way i can think to help it is to make him a little hat of some sort.

can someone help me and give me some tips?

I've never had Polish, but it seems like some folks report this problem.
Hens seem to want to pluck at the head feathers and the rooster let's them. The hen's now have a taste for new feathers coming in and tiny bits of blood.

Apply some Pine Tar or NuStock cream to the head and see if that deters them from the picking. If it doesn't, then you'll need to separate him out until his head feathers grow back in, then put him back in and see how it goes.

I would try the horse creams that Wyorp Rock recommended. TSC usually has them. When my 2 polish chickens were alive, they would be pecked the same way. Usually they would peck one, not the other. If I caught it early, a spraying of BluKote would hide the red skin, and they would leave them alone. Use it every other day since it fades, but be sure not to get it on your clothes because it stains.
