HELP! My turkey hen has prolapse

I just noticed my bronze turkey hen has a prolapse. I cleaned it off and tried to put it back without any luck. She keeps pushing and I can see and feel the tip of an egg. What can I do to get her to lay the egg and get the prolapse back in?!? Any suggestions would be helpful.. very worried...

Can you get some type of lube in there? Like petroleum jelly maybe? Some say soak their behind in some warm water......
