First time here.
Who wants to play guess that chick?
I ordered 5 babies. An Australorp, a Silver Laced Wyandot, a Buff Orpington, a New Hampshire Red and a Myer's Meal Maker which is a mystery chick. The first 2 have easily been identified. The last 3 I am not sure. At first I thought I had 2 Buffs. But now I am not sure. NH Reds are buff as chicks. So the reddish one could be a RI Red or maybe even a Buckeye? I would love to see what the collective wisdom here comes up with because I am impatient. Oh and because we are naming and I want their names to match who they will become. And we have a theme.
The names in case anyone cares are Ebony, Goldie, Ginger and Pepper. Mystery chick is nameless. I wanted to go with the same theme but my son is leaning towards Billina, Dorothy of Oz's chicken.
