Help! Need breed and gender

I purchased these girls at TSC and was told we were getting black Ameraucauna which after researching I quickly realized they are not pure breed Ameraucana’s which is fine I’m not here to debate that or anything I’m just more curious and was hoping for help identifying the breed and sexing them. I also got a golden laced Wyandotte one week later along with a lavender orphington and would also love to hear your thoughts on gender. Thank you in advance!

How old are they. Imo look like all boys except for the Wyandotte. Looks like it's a little early but with that comb development and waddle starting I would say boys but the one.

I may be wrong after looking the Wyandotte has waddle starting. Also. They may all be boys but it is a little early to be for sure. .
