This chick has been popped for over 24 hrs and membrane is drying out -I think my humidity was to low -I need help STAT
It's still moving and peeping - I wish I could upload the video

Take a wet rag and place it next to the chick. You could also take an eye dropper with some water and put a few drops on the membrane.

is this the only chick that has had problems hatching? you can carefully help them out of the egg if it is taking too long. those 'helped' chicks can pass these traits.

I agree, if it is becoming shrink wrapped, wet the membrane and you can place a wet paper towel around it and lay it back in the bator to give it a chance to finish itself. If it looks like he isn't going to make it you can do an assisted hatch, but if you haven't I would read: https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/step-by-step-guide-to-assisted-hatching first. It's starting to push more and more egg shell is Comming off, he's still breathing aswell

He's chirping and pushing lots now but I don't think I see much progress getting throught the membrane, bare in mind he's in the incubator and I can only see one side of the egg
