Help needed in identifying breed and gender of chickens

Would someone be able to help identify what breed and gender of these chickens are? They are about 10 weeks old. Greatly appreciated.

Both look like pullets! But I don't know the breeds

[Gray Farms]

White one looks like a Cochin but leg color is wrong. Second is a Russian Orloff.
