Help needed soon...Emergency!

I had 12 pheasant eggs...None hatched.

I was ready to throw them out when I heard one peeping. I didn't see how this is possible because They were supposed to hatch Thursday but I left them alone...

It pipped 7 hours ago so I just tried helping him out. He had no yolk but his little butt has a huge lump on it so he can't stand up...

Long story short if he doesn't make it I'm done. My mom isn't letting me get another batch of eggs or birds...

I'm afraid I'll have to let my dream go. I've never owned a chicken or a pheasant.

Can anyone tell me what I could do? He looks fully developed but his butt is weird.

It could be from where the yolk absorbed. The best thing is just to leave it alone and let it dry in the bator. It should go down after he dries and starts to walk a bit.

It isn't dead but isn't standing up or lifting it's head either...it's moving but mostly rolling and kicking.
