Help needed

Hello all. My aprox 2yo ex battery chook was lying half dead on the coop floor this morning..there was an egg in her nest. I have bought her inside by the fire and given her some water with a syringe..she is limp but lightly breathing..any suggestions?

We have so much to learn about our girls..I have been reading up and it did notice she was puffing her feathers a few days ago but didn't know what it ment and didn't really think much of it as we have had a bit of a cold snap here in Melbourne..living is learning and next time hopefully I will catch the signs before it's to late..thanks for the warmth
