Help needed

About 2 days ago one of my hens started looking sad. She doesnt move a lot in the day i checked her yesterday and saw that she has a lot of what appears to be saliva which is really thick. She also threw up 2 corn grains. She is not really eating much also her saliva had the smell like garlic. I dont know what she has or how i can help her

You need to look in her mouth and down her throat for anything unusual.

I took 2 pics of her. You can see her beak how she has saliva and also on the right side of her neck she has a bump or a ball. She cant pass food because she throws up everything she eats it gets stuck where she has the ball in the neck. How can i help her?
There are not vets here where i live. Im in Mexico in the Sierra mountains

I did look down her neck 2 days ago but i didnt see anything and she didnt have that ball in her neck then

Maybe you should look again now that you can see a lump, it may be something you need to remove. It could be something like an infected burr that got caught in the mouth or throat.
