My 11-day-old chicks: 3 out of 800 cannot stand up and just sit when I try to lift them. Any advice?

if you have 800 11-day old meaties, you are not a backyard chicken keeper, but a commercial broiler grower, and no-one here is likely to give you appropriate advice. Look for answers from the supplier of your day old chicks.
