Help new to chickens!

Hey y’all I’m new to raising chickens and needing help deciding if my 8 week old Easter eggers are hens or Roos. Thanks in advance!
(I should maybe note they are ameraucana and Brahma mix)

At eight weeks I would definitely say that the first (white) one is a cockerel. The second looks like a pullet as of right now.
