how to protect bantams form the rain ,am in scotland and there is loads of rain and wind thy have a coop way a run but the run only has mesh on the top so the grass and the sawdust gets wet so whats the best way to protect then as the weather gets worse thy have the run of the garden in daytime,

What shape is the run? Could you throw a tarp over part of it? If not, can you make a simple wooden frame to put a tarp over so they have somewhere to get out of the rain? They could go into their house to get out of the rain, couldn't they?

thy can go in and out the coop anytime its and also i have the garden thy run about in i no u get the covers for this kind of coop but thy are not cheap and i dont no if thy are any good

You can just use 3 ml plastic sheeting that you buy at the hardware store. It'll keep the rain out and still let light through.
