Help not all eggs hatching!

So I am a first time hatcher. My Easter egger went broody 21 days ago and one egg hatched this morning, however her other 3 eggs still haven't hatched. Is it normal for the other eggs to take longer?

Yes if you didn’t collect them and place them under her all at the same time you will have staggered hatched. My hen did it all on her own and some didn’t hatch out until two weeks after the first.

Yes, the chick that hatch will hopefully push the others to want to hatch. Just keep an eye that mom doesn’t give up on the last eggs

Sometimes they do.
Just give them some more time.
I wouldn't worry yet.
As @Chickenman1994 says they may even be days apart.

Well some of them were placed under her on her second day because the other hens shooed her off the nest and ate some of the eggs. We built a barrier on her side of the coop after that, so that was no longer a problem. But we did place a few under her the day after she started going broody

As long as they are not too far apart, it should be fine.
Most I've had is two days apart. Wasn't ideal, but it was fine.
Enjoy your first hatch, it's a lovely experience.
