Help! Not sure what to do with my 7 week ok hen

I've noticed the past week or so one of my hens is acting really strange. She's keeping her head down and walking backwards. She will keep her head down and back into the wall. She doesn't do it all the time, but it's enough to make me worry. Any suggestions?

It sounds like she has wry neck (crook neck, torticolis) which is a neurolgical symptom that can be from a vitamin deficiency, a head injury, or from certain diseases such as Mareks disease, lymphoid leukosis, and some respiratory diseases that cause brain inflammation. Most people treat with vitamin E and selenium, and thiamine or vitamine B1. A good poultry vitamin added to the water along with a little scrambled egg each day would cover that. Limit the noise and stimulation around her, and help her eat and drink. Here are a couple of links for you to read:

Thank you for the response! She seems to b eating ok. I'm going to get some vitamins tmorro and see if it helps. Can the other hens eat the scrambled eggs?
