Help on Migratory Bird Act

I know that this isn't strictly chicken related, but does anyone know where I can find a concise summary of the MBA of 1918? And a good site for info on HOW people can contract bird mites? I'd search myself, but my time is really short today and this is kinda time sensitive.

I know that when I was wanting information several years ago I simply googled "Migratory Bird Treaty."

To the best of my knowledge bird mites are not an issue with humans--we don't taste good.
