Help on temperature

Nothing reads the same!!!!! And all are at least 5• off even the humidity is off up to 25% on different measures. How do i know the correct temperature???? Im waiting to out my eggs in

Have you calibrated your thermometers? Here is a link that may help if you havnt http://cmfarm.us/ThermometerCalibration.html

Is your incubator still or forced air? Still airs can have hot and cold spots at different points in the incubator.
