HELP!! One of my babies keeps crying

HELP!! One of my babies keeps crying. I have had to clean up poop around it's but that is all hard and clumpy. Sorry, but its true. Then it goes away and a few days later I do it again. We have had it for a week, and I would say the baby is just about 10 days old maybe.

I have seen the others eat and drink. but I don't think I have really seen this one eat or drink. Seems to be crying out a lot...

I don't know what to do... It doesn't seem to be growing like the others are either...

Please give me ideas... what can I feed the baby?

Give sugar water and moist warm chick starter. You can wet it with buttermilk for calories. Make sure the baby is warm enough 85 ish. Try holding her cupped in your hands for 5 minutes. If the peeping stops, she was either cold or lonely. I have a Polish baby that cries untill I pick her up and cup her. Then she falls asleep. She has been this way for 4 weeks. I think sometimes they just bond with you and get upset if their mommy is not around.
