Help, one of my hens has fluid in her lungs

I can hear the fluid in her lungs when she breathes, it's loud and sounds almost like shes gargling. She's also losing weight, & has a clear spit looking discharge coming from her mouth at times. Is there something I can do for her? Or is she destined for the pot, & would she still be good to eat with her condition?

I just had a hen do the same thing. Their was nothing I could do for her except try to get some food and water down her. Just giver her love and care that is all you can do. I hope she gets better soon.
