Help one of my Hens will not move!!!

I noticed that one of my hens was sitting on the floor of the run with her legs out in front of her. She does not seem to be able to move her legs and she can only move (flap) one wing. I can touch and move her legs with no reflex from her. She will eat and drink if I bring her food and water. I do not notice any injuries and nothing can get into there run to hurt my chickens. Please help!

how old is she? just answered another post with same symptoms, so short version, give her some vitamin B12 and vit. E in her food, put electrolyte solution in her water, isolate her from the others until better, can take several weeks if lameness is due to vitamin deficiencies. you may want to look up marke's disease, could be this too, they can survive this, same treatment really, but they will be a carrier for life.
 
any chance she fell? hurt herself? is she laying, did you check her abdomen? if no to all these questions, I would try the vitamins and electrolyte solution, cheap fix, takes about 10 days but it may help. don't give the vitamin E every day it stays in the body longer than the B vitamins do, keep her from the others and give her food and water close to her so she can get it. good luck
