Help! Our cockatiel is not well!

Help, we are in WA and it is so cold, and one of our cockatiels might be affected, what can we do?! She is fluffy and melancholy, which isn't normal, she is usually somewhat flighty...
Please help!

Need more info. Is she outside in the cold? If she is, bring her in, warm her up. What has she been eating? Any new cage mates? Any mites? Nasal discharge? You can put a heat lamp on her, just make sure it's far enough away so she does not over heat

thank you for replying, they are all indoor birds, and we have her warming up near a heater, she is also underweight...

They are eating parakeet feed, it is really cold in our house, but we are going to turn up the house heat, no she hardly lays at all, and hasn't laid recently... for a while actually.

They are eating right now, and as I said, she is 64g, and she is usually active, they share a cage... so that is two birds eating from the same dish, and they usually eat a lot, but she is weak...
