HELP Our mandarin ducklings keep dying

Here are our first group. The second group is still resting in the incubator right next to them

Hi, they are all 14 doing great, eating and drinking well. There is one that has problems with his neck. We separated him a little today when the others were picking on him. Now he’s back with the others and fine. He is the first one eating and drinking but looks a bit like he had a stroke when he was born. He goes in circles in one direction and his head gets stuck backwards sometimes then he tumbles over. Not all day but every once in a while. Could this be a birth defect or vitamin deficiency? The one that took 4 days to hatch has a kink in its neck but looks better and just seems to be still finding its feet. This one I’m worried about. I took a video so hopefully you can see what I mean.
