Yes, most people use Poultry NutriDrench, Poultry Cell, or SaveAChick vitamins with electrolytes as a rescue or to prevent illness in weak chicks. However none should be used to prevent illness or as a routine additive. As I said electrolytes which all of those products have, should not be given for more than 2-3 days.
