HELP PLEASE! chick struggling to pip internally!

Hello again!
I have eggs with no external pips, so I have candled...one chick is moving the air cell around, I believe it is having trouble making its internal pip..the reason I think this is because i have seen a previous egg struggle for days to make its internal pip, then die should I help??

If it is past hatching date I would give it a little assistance. Try picking the shell away where the beak is. Check to see if there are still blood vessels in the membrane. If there are, leave it be, if there aren't, then open up a hole in the membrane to allow breathing.
