Help please chicken is acting weird

My chicken is a naked neck, and she seems weak when she walks and is breathing very heavily, it seems like she is pushing. I thought she was egg bound at first because everytime she stood up she looks like a penguin and she has a really hard bottom that seems red, i sadly have no access to vet but am trying my best to help her. I gave her epsom salt bath in case she really is egg bound, but she is also still pooping normally so I dont think she is egg bound. What else can i do to help her? She doesnt have very much interest in food either.

Awe. Sorry to hear your chicken isn't feeling well. You can check inside her vent with a gloved finger using Vaseline to see if there is an egg. If you feel one, she will need some calcium - tums work in this situation or liquid calcium. The Epsom salt baths will help her to relax. She should get nice and comfy in there - at least 10 min.
How does her crop feel?
Is she isolated?
How long has this been going on?
