Update: Before I could get the dewormer she started having diarrhea. (See added pic.) Would deworming still be an appropriate next step or is it time for a trip to the (emergency) vet?

I have a 6 year old Easter Egger who still averages 4 eggs a week. I realized yesterday it had been 4 days since her last egg. When I checked her more carefully, I realized she had a poopy butt, so I gave her a bath. The skin and vent appeared fine once she was clean, but it’s been almost 24 hours and still no eggs.
Her poops are also runny, and this morning I saw her regurgitate some water (not sure if that’s normal, but I’ve never seen it). It’s been quite hot here and she’s been drinking a lot, so I wasn’t previously worried about the runny poops, but now I’m not sure. Otherwise she seems to be eating and drinking okay and is reasonably active for the weather. Pic is from this morning. Not sure if I should be worried.

Check to make sure her crop is emptying overnight.

Has she been dewormed?

Any signs of beginning molting?

Any lice/mites?

If she normally lays regularly and hasn't, then I'd give her extra Calcium for 5 days to see if that helps, she may be having a hard time expelling an egg. Aim for 300-600mg Calcium Citrate+D3, pop 1 tablet into the beak once daily.

To treat most worms that poultry can have except for Tapeworm use:

Safeguard dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.
--OR--
Valbazen dose is 0.08ml per pound of weight given orally once, then repeated in 10 days.

She hasn’t been dewormed, so I’ll try that and the calcium. An impacted egg was my first concern. No sign of lice or mites. Thank you for the guidance!
