Help Please: Hen has lump on side of foot

I noticed today that my hen has a growth on her foot. It is not on the bottom if her foot nor does it have a black scab that I can see. Can anyone identify what is wrong and how I can treat this? I soaked her foot in warm water with Epsom salts and rubbed triple antibiotic ointment on it. She is acting normally otherwise, eating, drinking, perching and walking. Although it did seem tender when I rubbed in the antibiotic ointment.

Maybe try a drawing salve to see if you can possible remove it

Is there a way to get photos of the bottom of the lump/foot with the toes spread out?

She's acting normal and still walking on it, so I wouldn't take a lot of drastic measures until I figured it out.

Soaking is good.

If it's tender, it may be infection. Do you have any antibiotics on hand? What do you have?
