Hi, I've got an automatic incubator and would like to reduce the humidity. Usually it's no problem where I live, in the UK, but we're currently having a heat wave and I'm struggling to keep the humidity in reasonable range during the day time. At night now, it's around 40, which is acceptable, but during the day it's been around 50 here. Any ideas as to what I can do? I've got a Suro King automatic incubator. Any help appreciated! Thanks.

Hi Freeflyin, That sounds a good tip. Thanks. I'd been trying to think of something that would absorb water, other than chemical sachets, and that sounds as though it would work.

Have you opened your vents up all the way? This will let out some of the humidity as well. :)

Thanks for your answers! Yes, I've opened up the vents. In this incubator there is just one tiny one!
And I've added a fan to the room, which took it down one notch.
It's pretty much under control now, so I'm hoping by the time I candle it will show the correct level of air sac.
