I know this is a little late, but we had the exact same problem. One of our guineas couldn't walk and couldn't hold his wings off the ground. He would take a few steps and fall over. We thought for sure he was going to die. We moved him to the coop and let him go outside and within 2 days he was perfectly fine. I have to believe it was due to a lack of sun. It's been 3 months now and he is thriving and as big as the rest of the flock!
