help please sick chicken

Hi can anyone help one of my chickens is unwell she was bleeding from the rear and seems to be swollen and feathers matted could she be egg bound it feels like it but I am new to chickens we have removed her from the flock and bathed her for 10 mins
I have taken a pic but cannot figure how to attach it thanks stu

Make sure she doesn't have a prolapsed vent--there can be insides hanging out, then the others will peck it and cause it to bleed. Sometimes you can lubricate it (Preparation H is good) and gently push it back inside. Once a hen does this it may do it over and over again when she lays an egg or has a BM. Once you get her cleaned up, you should be able to tell more about what is happening. Sometimes feather picking can cause bleeding.

Hi thanks she bathed and cleaned up there is nothing hanging out but she does have a buldge just below the vent hence I thought it might be a stuck egg but this might be normal
she's in a cage in the kitchen next to the radiator and she's eating and drinking
