Our Rhode Island Hen tends to always be laying on her side 99% of the time. My mom worries that her legs could be paralyzed but the strange thing is.....is that she's inside the coop laying on her side in the morning. Advice will be much appreciated

Try picking her up and seeing if she can stand. Also try getting her to walk. If she can do both of those things she could be sick. Please post a pic. If you don’t know how I can tell you.

And the more info the better. We can help you more by having a lot of info. Like the type of feed, if there is any other chickens, I’d there a roost bar and if so how high up... ect...

The whole thing is very strange.....she lays on her side outside or/and inside and I have picked her up and held some water to her. But this is the odd part...when I go out to the coop to bring her in forbthe night she's already inside but laying on her side again.

Ok try adding organic apple cider vinegar to her water and colloidal silver. 1tsp for ACV and a few drops for the CS.
I’m not quite sure what she has. She might be sick depending on how long this has been going on.
How long has it been going on?
How old is she?
Is she eating regularly?
Is she still laying eggs?

She's been this way for about 2 weeks...1 year old, she drinks and eats (I assume), and I don't think she's laying either.
