Help! Please!

My duck is walking on both hocks. Started a couple weeks ago walking bow legged seems to keep up with the others still but it’s pretty bad now he’s completely on hocks both sides.

Is this a young duck? I don't know anything about ducks but it looks kind of like curled toes in a chicken. I'm interested to see what other folks say...

Yes about one month old.
