So I have this one chicken, she's a Cochin Bantam, and she's from Tractor Supply, and I was looking at her feet and she's missing a toenail. What does that mean?

As long as it's healed up, it's not an issue. Without seeing, it could be an injury, missing toes are not uncommon due to all kinds of accidents and injuries. Also possible it could be a deformity, can't say without seeing. Most birds do just fine with missing or wonky toes.
