what is this and what could of caused it?

we need a little more information, where is it located? i can tell it is the back of the chicken, but how far below the vent??
any other symptoms?

It's between her legs

Does it feel like an egg or is it squishy? Careful, don't squeeze too hard... If it is an egg, you don't want to break it.

thank you she is very vocal, shes eating and drinking and her droppings are not yolk color
