Newly hatched chick had a slightly mushy head (fluids have gone down in the neck though) which is probably a good sign that the fluid is leaving. But it has a stiffish neck? Like it dosent want to raise its head? Anything I can do? It also kind of looks like he's getting a bit better, albeit shaky, at raising his head.
