I had ducks eggs that had hum 5 to 20 % for the first 18 days then when my chicks started hatching it went up too 75% from 18 to day 23, what should my hum be when my ducks hatch?

I aim for 80 % during hatching- it will go up even higher as well. Ducks need much more humidity than chickens. If your humidity has been so low for the first 18 days- keep a close eye on the air cell size these last few days- they may already have lost too much moisture depending on your climate and natural humidity in the air.
